- No claims should have been made during this period

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Policy cancelled due to non-payment of premium
- Policy cancelled due to fraud or misrepresentation
- Claims have been paid under the policy
- Policy has expired

6. Partial Refunds

7. Renewal Refunds
If you cancel within 15 days of policy renewal:
- Full refund of renewal premium
- No claims should have been made in the renewal period
- Previous policy period remains unaffected
